Common questions
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Choose "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page and enter your email. We'll send a reset link, which works for 30 minutes. An Admin in your organization can also set a temporary password for you.
I didn't receive my activation email.
Check your spam or junk folder first. The "check your email" page lets you send a new link, and the newest link always replaces older ones. Activation links last three days.
How do I add someone from my team?
Admins can add and manage users in Settings › Users. Each person signs in with their own email (or Google) and gets the Admin or User role.
How do I remove the demo farms?
Admins can remove all demo data in one step from Settings › Demo & data. Your own farms and records are not touched.
Can I change the currency or number format?
Yes. Settings › Currency sets one currency for the whole business, its symbol and position, digit grouping (1,234,567 or 12,34,567) and decimals. It changes how amounts are shown — it never converts stored amounts.
Does FarmoraX work on my phone?
Yes. FarmoraX runs in the browser, and its screens adapt to phones, so you can record weights, feeding and doses in the shed.
Can I switch on breeding or dairy later?
Yes. Breeding and dairy are switches on each farm. They're on by default for breeding and dairy farms, and any farm can turn them on later.
