Scope
This policy covers the marketing website only. Information you enter into the FarmoraX application (your farms, animals and accounts) is handled under the application's own terms.
What we collect
When you send a contact or demo form
- The details you enter: name, email, and optionally phone, organization, country, farm type, number of animals, topic and message.
- Technical details sent with the form: your IP address, browser (user agent), the page you sent it from, and campaign tags in the link you arrived by (utm parameters), if any.
When you browse
- Our web server records standard request information (such as IP address, page and time) to keep the site running and secure.
- We do not currently use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your message or arrange the demo you asked for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to us.
- To protect the site against spam and abuse.
We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists without asking.
Where it is kept
